• Proof of Income:
  1. Recent Job Letter (not more than two (2) month old)
  2. Pay slip (most recent: weekly / fortnightly / monthly) within (1) month
• If Self-Employed:
  1. Certified statement of additional income
  2. Certificate of Incorporation
