Prevention is the most important action you can take to protect yourself and your family from getting COVID-19. The TPCU urges our membership to adhere to the following:

1. Wash your hands with soap and water.
2. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if water and soap are not available.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze
4. Dispose of tissue immediately after use
5. Cough and sneeze into the crook of elbow if you don not have a tissue
6. Avoid touching your face
7. Practice Social Distancing
8. Wear a face mask
